Mark Hopkins

Mark Hopkins is the owner-operator of Cincy Preferred Flooring LLC, bringing more than 35 years of hands-on trade experience to residential and commercial clients throughout the greater Cincinnati area. Having spent over three decades mastering the flooring industry from the ground up, Mark personally leads everyday field operations, on-site project assessments, and precision installation work across southwestern Ohio.

As an owner-operator, Mark operates with a practical, craftsman-first perspective. Rather than serving as an off-site manager, he remains active on job sites, working directly with property owners, general contractors, and facility managers to ensure every installation aligns with structural demands and manufacturer standards.

Mark’s career in flooring spans more than 35 years, built upon an extensive foundation in floor covering mechanics, subfloor preparation, and surface finishing. His long-standing career across Ohio includes managing complex installations under tight operational timelines. By working directly through decades of evolving product specifications and materials, Mark has developed deep practical diagnostic ability on job sites, leading directly to the establishment of Cincy Preferred Flooring LLC as a dependable, owner-operated local contractor.
